Tai Chi Chuan is a 500 year old exercise and martial art from China using a set of movements and stances that has the benefits of exercise and meditation. Tai Chi emphasizes isometric muscle development, stretching, increased lung capacity, balance and coordination, all with low impact on the joints.
It’s great if you are new to exercise or even experienced. Please wear comfortable clothing and flat sole shoes for a light workout.
