We'll cover balanced meals, portion control, the plate method, timing of meals, and practical food swaps to make sure your healthy eating is making the impact you want to reach your goals.
Anita Vandergraaf is an outpatient Dietitian at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. She collaborates with patients to create a sustainable eating plan to reach individual health goals. Anita is passionate about helping patients better understand and manage their diabetes through food intake, meal planning, exercise, and meal timing.
