Join the Des Plaines History Center on April 28 at 5:30 p.m. for a meet & greet with State Representatives Justin Cochran and Michelle Mussman. Come say hello, ask questions, share ideas, and connect with neighbors in a relaxed setting!

There are two guided tours of the Kinder House beginning at 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Tour spots are limited to the first 10 people per time slot, so be sure to sign up today. Light refreshments will be served.

During the event, you can also check out our new exhibit: Flora, Fauna, and Us — The Environmental History of Des Plaines. The exhibit explores ecological history of the Des Plaines area, and includes items on loan from the Field Museum and the Izaak Walton League of America.
